We understand some things are easier done face-to-face and encourage you to contact us if you do need to schedule an appointment with one of our bankers.

Our Ridgeway Office will be closed temporarily due to not having a drive-up. Our Edmund Office will have their drive-up open and will also be open to those USPS customers with a PO Box within the facility. Our network of over 400 surcharge-free ATMs across the Midwest will continue to serve customers as usual. You can access your account from anywhere 24/7 using our online, telephone or mobile banking platforms for your day-to-day banking transactions, such as checking a balance, transferring funds between accounts, applying for a loan, paying a bill, or depositing a check.

In the event you would like to open a deposit account, apply for a loan or meet with one of our bankers or lenders in person we ask that you call ahead of time so that we are able to set an appointment and make appropriate arrangements for the meeting. We are committed and prepared to continue to provide the exceptional customer service you expect from us with as minimal of disruption as possible during these unique times.
