To sign up for Online Banking, please read the Agreement below and press "I Agree" to continue.
This Agreement describes your rights and obligations as a user of the Online Banking Services ("Services"). It also describes the rights and obligations of Farmers Savings Bank. Please read this Agreement carefully. By pressing the I Agree button below, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
This Agreement applies to your use of Online Banking, Farmers Savings Bank Online Banking Service, which permits you to access your accounts with us via the Internet for services selected by you and agreed upon by us. This Agreement applies to all persons that are parties to the accounts. In this Agreement, the terms "you" and "your" refer to each depositor on an account accessible by Internet Service, and the terms "us," "we," and "our" refer to the Bank.
Online Banking is a service provided solely for use by FSB customers. You will need a Access ID and password to gain access to your accounts using Online Banking. We will randomly assign you a Access ID and Password to gain access. You will be required to change both the first time you log in. You should protect your password at all times and change it on a regular basis.
You agree to keep the password safe and to not record, disclose or make the password available to anyone. Anyone who has access to your password will have full access to your accounts and the services you can perform on Online Banking. You have no ability to limit any such person's authority. If anyone uses your password with your permission, you will be responsible for any transactions performed by that person.
Lost or Stolen Password
If your password has been lost or stolen, contact the Farmers Savings Bank immediately. Calling us is the best way of minimizing your potential losses.
Online Banking is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For purposes of electronic transactions, our business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays as determined by the Farmers Savings Bank. Online Banking transaction requests received after 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will be processed the next business day. Any transactions initiated on non-business days, or Holidays as determined by FSB will be processed the next business day.
You can use Online Banking to perform the following
- View account information
- Transfer funds among your deposit accounts
- Transfer funds from your line of credit to your deposit account (Please note that not all lines of credit are accessible from the internet. Please contact us for additional information)
- Communicate with us via our secure online form
- Initiate Bill Payments via FSB Online Bill Payment
- Make payments from your deposit accounts to your loan accounts. On-line, mobile, and telephone banking payments will be credited Monday - Friday when a transaction is completed prior to 6:00 PM (excludes Federal holidays)
Under federal regulations, you may make no more than six preauthorized electronic fund transfers and telephone transfers, including online banking transactions, checks and point-of-sale transactions per month from your savings or money market deposit account. Of these six transactions, you are limited to no more than three transactions per month by check, draft, debit card or similar order to third parties. Each fund transfer from your savings or money market deposit account is counted as one of the six limited transfers you are permitted each month. However, payments to your loan accounts with us are not counted toward this limit for savings and money market deposit accounts.
You will continue to receive your regular account statement. If your statement shows transfers that you did not make, notify Farmers Savings Bank by calling 608-987-3321, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or writing us at:
Farmers Savings Bank
305 Doty Street
Mineral Point, WI 53565
If you do not notify Farmers Savings Bank within sixty (60) days after such statement that you question was mailed to you, you will not recover any money lost which would not have been lost if Farmers Savings Bank had been notified in time.

Farmers Savings Bank
305 Doty Street
Mineral Point, WI 53565
We must hear from you at the specified telephone number or address no later than sixty (60) days after we sent you the first statement on which the problem or error appeared. We will need:

This will allow you to use the money during the time it takes us to complete our investigation. If your complaint or question is not received in writing within ten (10) business days from your original contact, we may not credit your account until the investigation is completed.
If we determine that no error occurred, we will send you a written explanation within three business days after the investigation is complete. You may request copies of the documents that were used in the investigation.
