Farmers Savings Bank's Online Banking service provides quick, convenient banking services accessed through your personal computer. Like our Telephone Banking and ATM banking services, Online Banking is part of our ongoing effort to make your financial management quick, easy, secure and available anytime. Why Should I Try Online Banking?

Using Online Banking is a quick and easy way to keep track of your Farmers Savings Bank accounts!

What about security? Is my financial information safe here?

Security of your financial information is one of our highest concerns. We have put procedures and extensive hardware systems in place to assure that your information is secure. We believe that we have the best security possible for Online Banking and would not offer you this service otherwise. Please read the Security Statement for more detailed security information.

How do I get started using Online Banking?

Please access the Online Banking sign up page. Please read the Online Banking Service Agreement and accept the terms. After the terms are accepted you will be required to fill out an enrollment form and submit the form to FSB. Once your enrollment form is accepted a generic Access ID and Password will be generated and mailed to you in separate mailings. You will then be able to enter the Log On area with the generic Access ID and Password at which time you will be required to change both to something unique to you.

How much does Online Banking Cost?

FSB Online Banking services are FREE of charge.

What type of accounts and services are included in Online Banking?

With FSB's Online Banking, you can view account balances, transfer funds between your FSB accounts, make your FSB loan payments, and download your transaction history into money management software. You can access practically any account you have, including: Checking, Savings, Money Markets, Certificates of Deposit, and Loans.

Business account users please note: Personal and Business accounts may not be able to be viewed together in Online Banking. You may need to enroll separately and use a second password to access your business accounts if they have a unique Tax Identification Number. Please contact Online Banking Customer service for additional information.

What do I do if I don't see all of my accounts listed on the Accounts screen on Online Banking?

How can I change my FSB Online Banking Access ID or Password?

Once you are logged on to FSB Online Banking, you can change your password by clicking on "OPTIONS" located in the top border. Then select "Edit" on the password menu on the top of the page. Your new password must be 8 to 12 characters long and include at least one upercase letter, one number and one special character. An example of a special character would be ($,%,&,!,#,@?). You will then begin using your new password on your next session.

To change your Access ID, please call our Online Banking Customer Service Representatives at 608-987-3321 or 888-443-3226. Your Access ID must be 6 to 10 characters long and does NOT require alpha and numeric characters combined.

Joint account holders cannot use the same Access ID to access their FSB accounts, even if they set up different passwords. When the second signer attempts to log on for the first time, they will be prompted to change their Access ID at the same time they are asked to change their password.

I share a checking account with someone else. Do we both need to enroll or can we share a FSB Online account?

For security purposes, we recommend that each person enroll separately and receive a unique password for Online Banking.

How current is the information I see on Online Banking?

The balance for checking and savings accounts is real-time and will change throughout the day based on your activity. Including ATM and debit card transactions.

What types of accounts can I transfer funds to and from?

You can transfer funds between any of your FSB accounts within the normal limits set for your account that you can see on your Online Banking.

When will my transfer take place?

If you initiate an Express Transfer before 6:00 p.m. CST, the transfer will reflect on your available balance immediately. If you initiate a Scheduled Transfer prior to 6:00 p.m. CST, your transfer will take place on the current business day. If you initiate a Scheduled Transfer after 6:00 p.m. CST, the transfer will take place on the next business day.

  • On-line, mobile, and telephone banking payments will be credited Monday - Friday when a transaction is completed prior to 6:00 pm (excludes Federal Holidays)

Is FSB's Online Banking available 24 hours a day?

YES! Online Banking is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with the exception of systems maintenance that will occur periodically. That will be posted on our home page in the event of an upgrade.

Is FSB's Online Banking compatible with software that I already use to manage my money?

YES! FSB's Online Banking can export transaction information to the leading financial management software packages available today, including QuickBooks®, Quicken®, and Microsoft Money®.

You can download your account activity file to your PC and import the file into any financial management software that can accept:

  • .QIF (Quicken® data file) format files
  • .CSV (Comma Separated File) format files
  • .OFX (Open Financial Exchange) format files
  • .QBO (QuickBooks® data files)
  • and more
  1. Click on the "Transactions" button.
  2. If you have had any account transactions, you will see the "Export" button. Click on it
  3. Using the pull-down menu, choose which file format you'd like to use.
  4. Specify the date range of data to download.
  5. Click on the "Export" button.
