Online Banking Security

You can do all of the above actions with industry-standard security that includes the requirement of a complex password. Passwords must be 9-17 characters in length and include, 1 number, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase and 1 special character (!, @, #, $, %). Example: MyBank12$

We have also implemented a two-factor authentication in order to register your device.  When accessing Online Banking from another device or location you may be prompted to enter a one-time passcode to verify your identity.

FAQs About Online Banking

How do I get started with Online Banking?

Enrolling is easy! Simply accept the terms of our Online Banking Service Agreement. Then, you will be taken to an online enrollment form. Once submitted, if the enrollment is successful, you will receive two separate emails with a generic Username and Password. You will be able to log in and then change your Username and password to something specific to you.

 

How much does Online Banking cost?

FSB Online Banking services are FREE of charge.  Additional charges may apply if using expedited Bill Payment delivery services. 

 

What type of accounts can I access in Online Banking?

With FSB's Online Banking, you can access any account you have, including: Checking, Savings, Money Markets, Certificates of Deposit, and Loans.

 

What do I do if I don't see all of my accounts listed on the Accounts screen on Online Banking?

If you don't see an account listed please contact your nearest FSB office.

 

How can I change my FSB Online Banking Username or Password?

Once you are logged on to FSB Online Banking, you can change your password by clicking on "Profile" located in the top boarder. Then select "Edit" on the password section. Your new password must be 9 to 17 characters long and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase, one number and one special character. An example of a special character would be ($,%,&,!,#,@?).You can begin using your new password the next time you log in.

To change your Username, please call our Online Banking Customer Service Representatives at 608-987-3321 or 888-443-3226. Your Username must be 6 to 10 characters long and does NOT require alpha and numeric characters combined.

 

I share a checking account with someone else. Do we both need to enroll or can we share a FSB Online account?

Joint account holders cannot use the same Username to access their FSB accounts, even if they set up different passwords. When the second signer attempts to log on for the first time, they will be prompted to change their Username at the same time they are asked to change their password. For security purposes, we recommend that each person enroll separately and receive a unique password for Online Banking.

 

How current is the information I see on Online Banking?

The balance for checking and savings accounts is real-time and will change throughout the day based on your activity. This includes ATM and debit card transactions.

 

What types of accounts can I transfer funds to and from?

You can transfer funds between any of your FSB accounts within the normal limits set for your account that you can see on your Online Banking.

 

When will my transfer take place?

  • If you initiate an online, mobile, or telephone transfer to your checking account, savings account, or loan before 6:00 p.m. CST Monday-Friday (excluding Federal Holidays), the transfer will reflect on your available balance immediately and will appear on your statement that same day. If you initiate an online, mobile, or telephone transfer to your checking account, savings account, or loan on or after 6:00 p.m. CST, the transfer will reflect on your available balance immediately but will appear on your statement the next business day

Is FSB's Online Banking available 24 hours a day?

YES! Online Banking is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with the exception of systems maintenance that will occur periodically. That will be posted on our home page in the event of an upgrade.

 

Is FSB's Online Banking compatible with software that I already use to manage my money?

YES! FSB's Online Banking can export transaction information to the leading financial management software packages available today, including QuickBooks®, Quicken®, and Microsoft Money®.

You can download your account activity file to your PC and import the file into any financial management software that can accept:

  • .QIF (Quicken® data file) format files
  • .CSV (Comma Separated File) format files
  • .OFX (Open Financial Exchange) format files
  • .QBO (QuickBooks® data files) and more!
  1. Click on the "Categorize" button.
  2. Choose "Export Transactions". 
  3. Choose the date range.
  4. Select the Export format from the pull down menu.
  5. Choose the account you would like to export transactions for by checking the box on the left.
  6. Click on the "Export" button.
  7. Select Download Export when complete.
